Andrew J. Zaituna

Andrew J. Zaituna is an associate at RMRTT who focuses his work on medical malpractice, legal malpractice, premises liability, breach of contract and licensure investigations. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Law Section and the Association of Defense Trial Counsel. Andrew also serves as a staff attorney at the Most Holy Trinity Free Legal Aid Clinic providing pro bono legal services.

Andrew is a graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, where he received his Bachelor of Science in chemistry and mathematics. He went on to Wayne State University Law School to receive his J.D. in May of 2018, graduating cum laude. While at Wayne Law, he served in the Legal Advocacy for People with Cancer Clinic and on Mock Trial. He was also awarded the Silver Key for academic achievement.
