Matthew A. Brauer is an experienced litigation and trial attorney primarily engaged as defense counsel in civil matters including governmental liability, premises and product liability, motor vehicle first and third party claims, employer’s liability, nursing homes, fires and explosions, and contract claims.
He regularly defends governmental agencies, commercial landlords, private companies, and insurance entities in civil litigation matters.
Mr. Brauer is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel.
