David A. Bauer is a litigation defense attorney experienced in the areas of Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Negligence, Toxic Torts and general personal injury claims.
He has extensive trial experience all over the state of Michigan.
Mr. Brauer lectures to physician groups on issues of risk avoidance and recent trends in the law.
He sits as a Case Evaluator in Wayne and Oakland Counties and is admitted to practice in Michigan and Federal Courts.
