Amy E. Schlotterer is a talented litigation and trial attorney who has defended a variety of clients in medical malpractice actions, third party automobile negligence claims, as well as employment, premises liability, professional liability, civil rights and general negligence claims.
Ms. Schlotterer also has a successful appellate practice representing her clients’ interests in claims which run the gamut from medical malpractice to maritime law.
Ms. Schlotterer is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Section and the Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
Ms. Schlotterer has been recognized as a 2010 General Defense “Rising Star” by Michigan Super Lawyers as one of the top young lawyers in the State of Michigan.
